Tui Na Massage

Tui Na massage is often referred to as "Chinese Massage" and involves the use of manual techniques to stimulate the body's energy flow, or "qi," along specific meridians or channels. The name "Tui Na" comes from the Chinese words "tui," meaning to push, and "na," meaning to grasp or squeeze.

Tui Na massage typically involves a combination of pressing, kneading, rolling, and stretching movements, along with acupressure techniques to target specific points on the body. The massage therapist may use their hands, fingers, elbows, or even special tools to apply pressure and manipulate the soft tissues of the body.

Tui Na massage is often used to treat a wide range of physical and mental health conditions, including musculoskeletal pain, headaches, digestive disorders, and anxiety. It is believed to help promote the body's natural healing process, improve blood and lymphatic circulation, and restore balance to the body's energy flow.
